Who We Are

<-<- Me and my boy

My name is Chloe I am a student vet nurse in my last year of university. I have a year of experience working in an individual cremation parlour where I love to work with clients one on one to create the most personal service for their loved ones.

I feel strongly that pets are like family and so they should be treated with dignity even when they are no longer with us.

I lost my boy in may 2023 and did not get the chance to organise any memorial pieces. Since working at Assisi on the wirral i strive to create the most heartfelt experience when you lose your loved ones.

How it all works

We know it is a difficult time, so we are here to help you step by step on how to get through our process as smooth as possible

Order placed

Once your order is placed you will receive a package for you to seperate some ashes and send them back to us in a prepaid package.

Inside you will find a sample paper of colours for you to chose from. Please send this back with the colour you would like your jewellery to be.

Tip

If you are unsure on taking the ashes out yourself try asking the crematorium to seperate some for you.

Our tools are designed to make the process as stress free as possible.

Ashes sent

Once we have received your loved ones ashes we will start the process of creating your jewellery.

Our pendants are made to order so may take longer than expected.

An ideal time frame is between 3-6 weeks depending on the level of customisation.

Finish

Once the process is finished we will ship your completed piece back to you with tracked shipping.

Included are care instructions and a cloth to keep the jewellery clean.

Any extra ashes are sent straight back to you.
